Help Needed:  Calling for any creative or artistic or available parents...we need your help for a fabulous Under the Sea hall display! If you'd like to help, please email me. We'd like to get a small group busy on Wednesday morning - it shouldn't take more than an hour! 

Rewards:  We are in need of boxes of "movie candy" for our treasure box.  I would appreciate any donations!  The children love a trip to the treasure box!!!

Conferences:   Please select a time that you'd like to meet to discuss your child's progress.  Please remember to sign-up only with your child's homeroom teacher.

Valentine's Day: A class list  was sent home in your child's Friday folder. Children may bring Valentines on Friday for their classmates.

In-School Field Trip: High Touch High Tech will be here for our class on Tuesday morning, February 3. This in-school field trip has been fully paid for by our wonderful PTA and parent donations during our fundraiser. Our session is called Cell-ebrate. The children will investigate the differences between plant and animal cells using microslide viewers and microscopes. They will extract banana DNA and will learn how their inherited traits help to make them who they are today! This will serve as an excellent review of previously learned science skills!
