- Homework: PW p. 25
- Practice timed multiplication tests this week (for a grade next week - 4 minutes for 90 problems) - Study those math facts!!!! Following is a great website and directions for generating timed tests at home to practice:
Go to http://www.mathfactcafe.com/
- Click on “Fact Sheets Build It”.
- Choose “Multiplication” for problem type.
- Choose “very small” for the font size.
- Type “1” for minimum range and “10” for maximum range. Choose a number higher than 1 to make it more challenging. If you are only working on 6’s through 10’s, you can enter “6” and 10”.
- Leave answer range blank.
- Type in 10 rows and 10 columns.
- Click “Generate”.
Word Study
- Study the third 5 words (numbers 11-15) - spelling and meanings! Master the Meaning tomorrow; Spelling and dictation on Friday.
Science -
- No homework
- Test over Classification on Monday. Children will have a study guide on Thursday or Friday. In the meantime, they have notes and vocabulary that they may study.
