Our classroom spelling bee will be the week of December 15. The two winners from our classroom spelling bee will particpate in the schoolwide spelling bee on Wednesday, January 21. I encourage children to practice for the bee using the practice sheets that were sent home in Friday folders back in the beginning of November.
Math
- Homework - review the study guide
- Math Test tomorrow - Multiplying Fractions
- Math journals will be checked and graded soon! Children should have a table of contents filled in with 31 pages listed. 31 pages of the journal should be filled in - each with a title, date, and page number. If pages are missing or incomplete, children should find an opportunity THIS week to complete their journals! I have a completed journal that children may refer to, if needed!
- Fraction Cookie Project - Cookies and project are due Monday, 12/15. Please see sample project below. Begin filling in the table with your fraction conversions! I will send construction paper home later this week for this project.
